Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Olathe, KS, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance technicians who keep the production line running. You will help establish methods, controls, and standards for maintenance work while emphasizing safety and GMP compliance.

The role requires three years of maintenance experience, supervisory skills, and knowledge of TPM/PM tools. Forklift experience and the ability to obtain PIT certification are preferred.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's or Trade School Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of work experience required.
  • Experience in equipment maintenance required.
  • Supervisory or people management experience required.
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing environment and high-speed production equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of TPM/PM Pillar Tools including Break Down Analysis, Predictive Maintenance, Work Order Process, Corrective Maintenance required.
  • Thorough understanding of LEAN tools such as: 5S, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Why’s, Fish Bone, Kaizen and Failure Mode Effect and Analysis (FMEA) preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; knowledge and ability to train on methodologies of Breakdowns, Preventive Maintenance, and Break Down Analysis.
  • Leadership in Six Sigma approach to: Problem-Solving, Root-Cause, Breakdown and Corrective Actions and Corrective Maintenance.
  • Ability to analyze data and apply appropriate corrective action for mechanical failures down to the root cause.
  • Prior experience using a forklift is preferred. Ability to obtain PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification upon hire is required.

Job Summary
