Required Qualifications:

• 5 yearsof experience in the building trades with 2 years as a Supervisor

Preferred Qualifications:

• Related coursework/training or on‑the‑job training
• Associate's Degree
• Plant operations and maintenance experience
• Commercial experience in boilers, chillers, and other HVAC systems
• General Contractor or superintendent experience
