• 5 years of experience in the building trades with 2 years as a Supervisor.
• Related coursework/training or on‑the‑job training.
• Associate's Degree.
• Plant operations and maintenance experience.
• Commercial experience in boilers, chillers, and other HVAC systems.
• General Contractor or superintendent experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance and repair section of Central Boiler and Chiller Plant Operations department.
• Participates in and directs section activities.
• Requires minimal supervision.
