Summary of Job Duties:

Under the management of the PM Programs Manager, this position is responsible for supervising the preventive & door maintenance of the UAMS Campus. The position is also assists in the responsibility of maintaining the documentation and record keeping for the preventative maintenance program which includes life safety systems and other critical equipment that serve the medical, educational, and research facilities on the UAMS Campus. These systems are vital to the safety, comfort, and general wellbeing of patients, students and employees.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

• High School diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in maintenance or related area, including one year in a supervisor capacity.
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than 12 points on their Motor Vehicle Record.
• Computer program proficiency level: Intermediate.
  
  

Preferred

• Associates degree in Industrial Electronics or equivalent.
• AAADM Certification (American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers), Certificate of Completion for Swisslog PTS Material Transport Systems, Arkansas Commercial Journeyman Electrical License, NICET Level I Certification.
