Position Overview

The Supervisor plays an integral role in the store management team by helping implement strategies and ensuring operational excellence to maintain brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Creates a high-energy, engaging store environment by interacting with customers and modeling excellent service behaviors. Supervises and coaches team members to ensure outstanding service and sales performance.
  2. Proactively addresses customer concerns, resolving issues in line with company policies and prioritizing customer satisfaction. Collaborates with the store manager on escalated customer issues.
  3. Participates in training new and current employees on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, service standards, loss prevention, store policies, and other responsibilities.
  4. Works with store management to set expectations, coach team members, and foster an environment of engagement, retention, and growth. Provides formal performance feedback in partnership with management.
  5. Handles all cash and merchandise operations, including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment, maintaining compliance with store policies.
  6. Assists in adjusting store strategies to meet or exceed sales and performance goals daily, working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Managers.
  7. Supervises store team in the absence of management.
  8. Ensures compliance with all store policies, procedures, and programs, following directives from store management.

Qualifications

  3. Self-motivated with a growth mindset, eager to learn new tools and adapt to initiatives.
  4. Proven experience in retail leadership, including supervising, coaching, and training.
  5. Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  6. Capable of performing all essential duties, including lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
  7. Reliable transportation required.
  8. High school diploma or GED preferred.
