*Work Location is at 1224 Poinsett Hwy. Greenville, SC 29609*
*This is a 12 hour Night Shift working 7pm - 7am with rotating weekends*
Summary/Objective:
The Lettershop Supervisor is responsible for leading and directing the insert team. Leads operations team of hourly employees within the mail inserting area to ensure product meets quality, budgeted hours, materials, and output requirements. Responsibilities in this role include leading a team within production and making sure projects and products meet customer specifications, delivery requirements, schedule, and company policies. Other duties include ensuring continuous improvement of methods, productivity, quality, and performing first piece / timed inspections on each product line. You also make sure employees in your area of the plant stay compliant with safety, work procedures and inform managers on all important issues that may impact quality, job schedules, cost, safety, and run machinery when necessary.
