Supervisor Role

Supervisors contribute as an integral member of the store management team by implementing strategies and ensuring operational excellence, brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Create a high-energy, compelling store experience by engaging consumers and modeling appropriate service behaviors. Supervise and coach associates to ensure exceptional service and sales.
  2. Resolve customer concerns proactively, in line with company policy, prioritizing customer satisfaction. Collaborate with store management on escalated issues.
  3. Participate in training new hires and current employees on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, store policies, and other responsibilities.
  4. Partner with store management to set expectations, coach staff, and foster an environment of engagement, retention, and talent development. Deliver performance feedback collaboratively.
  5. Handle cash, merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment, maintaining standards and compliance with store policies.
  6. Work with Store Manager and other leaders to adapt strategies and meet or exceed sales and performance goals daily.
  7. Supervise store team in the absence of management.
  8. Ensure compliance with all store policies, procedures, and directives from management.
