Job summary

RXO in Tampa, FL is seeking a Last Mile Operations Supervisor to lead a team and ensure productive, safety-conscious execution across the last mile network. You will assign work, train associates, monitor tools and inventory, and guide the team to meet performance and safety standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in supervision and 5 years in logistics or transportation, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programs
• Manage inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation
• Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance

It'd be great if you also have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong math skills and solid analytical ability

• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
