Job summary

RXO Inc. in West Columbia, SC is seeking a Last Mile Operations Supervisor to lead field teams and optimize daily logistics.

You will assign work, instruct on equipment usage and safety, monitor tools and materials, oversee equipment use, and maintain inventory to maximize productivity. The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, 5+ years in logistics/transportation, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong communication, math, and leadership skills.

• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math and analytical ability.
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
