Fine Wines & Spirits of North Texas LLC in Houston, TX, is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and drive a service-driven sales culture. You will lead the front-end team, coach staff, and ensure compliant, safe handling of alcohol while delivering best-in-class customer service.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year supervisory retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Must be 21 or older and proficient with POS systems.

About the roleAs a Supervisor, you support the management team in growing our company brand. You will support store operations and help build a sales and service culture to deliver best-in-class service and bring to life a distinctive world of adult beverages and more for our customers.
