Job summary

JCPenney in Cincinnati is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to assist the management team in delivering customer experiences and driving store results. You will perform supervisor duties, support merchandising standards, and engage customers to build loyalty on a dynamic retail floor.

The role requires a readiness to work evenings/weekends, lift up to 50 lbs, and act as a positive leader for the team while upholding our values of respect and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).
• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of Store Manager.

The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).

Pay Range USD $11.75/Hr -USD $16.13/Hr.
