HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors in Laporte, TX, seeks a Supervisor IS (Industrial Services) to lead and coordinate multiple service crews at a customer location, ensuring safe, efficient operations and accurate reporting. This role represents HPC-Industrial with clients and drives continuous safety and quality improvements.

The supervisor will plan, organize, and oversee daily tasks, maintain equipment performance, and uphold company policies while fostering strong customer relations

Qualifications

• Lead and coordinate two or more service crews daily.
• Ensure proper operation of equipment and timely documentation.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering quality service.

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors in Laporte, TX, is looking for aSupervisor IS (Industrial Services)to work at a customer locationand to join their safety conscious team!This team member is responsible for two or more crews by planning, leading, organizing, and coordinating the daily operations of the service line crew. This includes responsibility over proper operation of equipment, driving operational efficiencies at the work site and ensuring accurate documentation related to the job is completed in a timely fashion. Ensures compliance with all Company policies/procedures and maintains/improves good customer relations by providing quality, timely industrial cleaning services. TheSupervisor ISserves as representative ofHPC-Industrialin creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers.
