Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Education: For RT(R): Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular or Radiological Technologist Program, registered with ARRT. For RN: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: RT(R): Minimum one year supervisory experience in Cath Lab or Interventional Procedures preferred. RN: Minimum one year supervisory experience in Critical Care, Cath Lab, or Interventional Procedures preferred.
  • Licensure: RT(R): ARRT certification. RN: State RN license.
  • Skills/Requirements: Demonstrate leadership qualities such as effective communication, fairness, supportiveness, and vision. Ability to complete department-specific skills and competency testing.
  • Preferred: RN: Pass Cardiac Dysrhythmias Test.
