Qualifications

  • Ability to perform clinical duties with visual acuity and effective communication.

  • Supervises daily operations across procedural suites, ensuring efficient patient flow and resource utilization.
  • Performs clinical duties while overseeing staffing, workflow, and patient care.
  • Coordinates with providers to manage scheduling, case prioritization, and lab access.
  • Adjusts staffing and resources in real-time to meet demands and safety standards.
  • Partners with nursing to ensure seamless pre/post-procedure care and continuity.
  • Leads staff orientation, training, and competency validation, fostering team growth.
  • Ensures compliance with safety, accreditation, and safety standards, including radiation safety.
  • Monitors quality improvement initiatives related to patient safety, outcomes, and satisfaction.
  • Assesses equipment and technology needs, supporting implementation and staff education.
  • Handles administrative tasks such as hiring, performance evaluation, and problem resolution.
