The Supervisor, Intelligent Grid Operations oversees the management and operations of the Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI) mesh network and connected device communications. Responsibilities include network planning and expansion, data integrity, system health, software and firmware upgrades, and stakeholder engagement. The role involves developing staff expertise and maintaining relationships with vendors, utilities, and industry associations. Regular reporting to senior management on program status and AMI issues is required.
Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of meter technologies, utility industry, market and regulatory requirements, excellent interpersonal, technical, business, planning, and project management skills.
