Every time.****SUMMARY** In addition to performing radiology procedures, the Senior Imaging Technologist must coordinate the activities of other technologists for smooth, efficient patient through-put, with maximum patient care and safety for patients of all age populations. This would include scheduling, counseling, and interviewing technologist. Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient served. Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development and assess data reflective of the patients’ current status in relation to their age specific needs. Responsible for ordering supplies for the department. **JOB QUALIFICATIONS** **Education**: Two-year degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology from an accredited Radiologic Technology Program deemed by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology. Associates degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or equivalent field is preferred. **Licensure**: ARRT (R) – Required to maintain continuing education credits as established by the ARRT, ASRT and facility.
