Salary Range: $57.28 – $85.88/hour. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support a talented team of Radiology Technologists
  • Drive quality improvement and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with physicians and staff to enhance service delivery
  • Mentor and develop team members through meaningful feedback and coaching
  • Contribute to budget planning and operational strategy
  • Occasionally perform Radiology Technologist duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology and/or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • ARRT-R certification and Washington State Radiologic Technologist licensure
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in imaging; leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for patient care and caregiver engagement
