As a Supervisor II, Maintenance, you’ll champion the reliability, safety, and performance of our production facility, driving maintenance strategies that keep operations running at their best. You’ll oversee all preventive and corrective maintenance, manage the annual maintenance budget, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate daily workflow so your team has everything they need to succeed. From line walks to emergency response, you’ll be the go‑to leader who removes barriers, promotes continuous improvement, and maintains the highest quality standards across the plant.
In this role, you’ll also shape the growth and success of a talented team of Maintenance Technicians. You’ll set clear expectations, coach for strong performance, conduct training, and foster a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and safety. You’ll play a key part in workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and ensuring 24/7 maintenance coverage.
