Job summary

DSV USA in Wichita is seeking a Supervisor II for the 2nd shift to manage scheduling, coordination, and measurement of warehouse operations. You will develop daily schedules, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to customer schedules while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The position reports to the Solutions division with a base salary in the $65,000 to $68,000 range and a Monday–Friday 1:00 PM–9:30 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Establish and maintain warehouse operational infrastructure
• Develop and maintain ISO level operation guidelines and metrics including communication to internal and external customers
• Develop and monitor productivity standards
• Establish and maintain daily operating schedules
• Coordinate daily cycle counts
• Develop and maintain training requirements for all employees
• Routing trucks in and out of the warehouse when needed
• Load and Unload trucks when necessary
• Check in and break down import freight when necessary
• Write up documentation for exporting freight when necessary
• Maintain safe working environment
• Provide customer service to prevent and resolve errors
• Other duties as assigned

Position Description Summary:

For this position, the expected base pay range is $65,000.00 – $68,000.00 Annual. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
