Andersen Corporation is seeking a Supervisor I Event & Retail Marketing to support non-media lead generation and local awareness through events, showrooms, partnerships, and community outreach in MD and VA. Weekend work is required, with travel across the MD/VA service area.

The role involves in-field coaching, recruiting, classroom training, and managing event logistics and sponsorships to maximize value. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications preferred or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities.

Please note: this position has a significant weekend work requirement of a minimum of 40 partial or full weekends per year. And requires travel throughout the service area: MD & VA PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: \* In field coaching, training, and in booth work. \* Recruiting and interviewing. \* Classroom training. Oversees participation in events, sponsorship, retail partnerships and creation of lead-gen opportunities based on established objectives, including on-site administration, resource supervision, and other implementation details. \* Collaborate with partners within Renewal to drive results. \* Communicate results and strategy with management. DIRECTION OF OTHERS: \* Provides guidance, training, and work direction to Retail Marketing Reps.
