Summary and relationship to the curriculum: All classified positions will strengthen the delivery of instruction to support the system mission statement. This position supervises the activities of workers engaged in fabricating, installing, and repairing air conditioning systems by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the system's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include assisting in interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Approves/denies vacation leave requests. Is on call 24 hours a day.
