Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet Hilton’s cleanliness standards and to help deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will inspect rooms, coordinate with maintenance, and assist in training room attendants to uphold service quality and speed. This role emphasizes hospitality, integrity, and teamwork within a dynamic hotel environment.

As a Housekeeping Inspector, you're not just evaluating the condition of guest rooms and public areas - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Inspect and verify room status: Conduct detailed room inspections, report discrepancies, and update the property management system as needed
• Ensure maintenance resolutions: Complete and submit work orders to address any repair or maintenance issues
• Support housekeeping operations: Perform Room Attendant and Houseperson responsibilities as needed to maintain service levels
• Assist in team training: Help train Room Attendants to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
• Delight our guests: Address special guest needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
