Meijer Terre Haute is seeking an engaged Grocery Supervisor to plan, direct and supervise the grocery department. You will mentor staff, drive customer service and sales, and maintain department standards with a focus on efficiency and safety.

The role requires 2–3 years of retail experience and at least 1 year of management. You will oversee staffing, training and cross-functional rotations to support department goals and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other areas of the store.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly within the organization.
