Supervisor FSQA - 2nd shift - Robards, Kentucky

Job Details:

SUMMARY:
This job is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards of products produced. Other responsibilities include:

  1. Production paperwork verification & production floor checks;
  2. Performing GMP and housekeeping audits.
  3. Responsible for Team Member food safety training.
  4. Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results, & coordinating with others.
This position is responsible for food safety, food quality, and legality.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 2 plus years in a food manufacturing environment with production preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred. HACCP certified preferred; must have broad knowledge of HACCP, USDA, GMP, and SSOP's.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills for creating simple queries, spreadsheets, etc. SAP knowledge preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; bilingual a plus.
Supervisory: This position is responsible for supervising a small group of personnel who perform somewhat similar tasks.
