Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Summary

The Supervisor oversees food service operations at military dining facilities, providing support to management and ensuring smooth daily activities.

Essential Functions

• Supervise daily operations to meet contractual requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual, government, and safety regulations.
• Act as the point of contact with the Government, with decision-making authority on contract matters.
• Maintain Quality Control and Safety Programs.
• Manage contract budget, scheduling, inventory, and supplies.
• Set employee expectations, conduct performance reviews, and implement process improvements.
• Ensure safety standards and provide necessary training.
• Maintain AbilityOne Ratio requirements and complete related reports.
• Coordinate interviews and medical documentation for AbilityOne employees.
• Complete reports, inspections, and logs as required.
• Assist in preparing estimates for contract modifications.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Project Manager/Supervisor.
