Supervisor, Food & Beverage Warehouse, Full-Time, SeaWorld San Diego

Join us at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment as a Supervisor, Food & Beverage Warehouse, Full-Time, SeaWorld San Diego. Responsibilities

• Supervise storage venues, focusing on service, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage inventory quality and control of merchandise and culinary products.
• Communicate daily with leadership levels.
• Process paperwork using SAP or MMS systems.
• Assist in training ambassadors and assistant supervisors, ensuring compliance with SEA grooming and employment standards.
• Supervise and counsel team members, ensuring proper training and development.
• Maintain a positive environment to promote high ambassador engagement.
• Follow opening and closing procedures, ensuring timely task completion.
• Practice safe work habits, including PPE use and unsafe situation reporting.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for guests and staff.
• Enforce company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Previous warehouse experience required.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience or equivalent external experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, leading multiple personnel.
• Knowledge of department roles, including ambassador and supervisory functions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to complete all required training and certifications.
• Willing to ensure team compliance with grooming and employment standards.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate: $19.25 USD.
