Team Leader

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily restaurant operations at SeaWorld Orlando
• Respond promptly and respectfully to guest needs
• Assist in training new hires and set the tone for shifts
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and close shifts, lead shifts, act as key holder
• Manage POS drawer close-outs and end-of-day procedures
• Communicate effectively, both written and spoken
