Job summary

FloWorks is looking for a Field Operations Supervisor to manage field jobs and work closely with customers. This role requires measuring and writing job quotes, evaluating job sites, and overseeing crew setups.

The ideal candidate should possess considerable supervisory experience and have over 5 years in field operations. You'll also manage communication with clients and handle equipment rentals, ensuring job success in various environments.

Job Information

Operates in the field, on-call or provides technical support to assigned customers. Measures, writes the job scope, and quotes field jobs. Make sure all employees are safety compliant and are able to work in the plants. Goes over quotes and future jobs with customers, set up crews with the Planner to cover jobs, travel with outside sales to meet with customers and explain how our products work and how the job breaks down.

• Measures and writes the quotes for field jobs.
• Evaluates the job site and rents the proper equipment needed for jobs.

• Manages relations with contractors.
• Delegates job duties to field crews.

Qualifications:

• Typically requires previous Supervisory experience.
• Generally 5+ years experience in related field operations.

This role operates in a professional office environment and standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers are used. Occasional visits to warehouses or operational sites may be required. Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.
