Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Supervisor - Field Service to lead and execute day-to-day operations for service technicians in a field position requiring heavy equipment operation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business required.
• Forklift certification required; OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 preferred.
• 3–5 years of heavy equipment operation experience.
• 3–5 years of supervision in construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes.
• Knowledge of electrical, construction, or mechanical products.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions.
• Willingness to relocate based on customer projects.

• Ensures safe working environment at all times and follows appropriate safety regulations.
• Completes monthly safety reporting.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

You will be in a field working position and must be skilled in heavy equipment operation.

• 3 years required, 5 years preferred of heavy equipment operation (forklift certified).
• 3 years required, 5 years preferred of supervision experience in a construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes is required.
• Knowledge of electrical, construction, or mechanical products is required.
• Strong time management skills is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills is required.
• Basic computer skills is required.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions is required.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and equipment is required.
• Must be geographically mobile and willing to relocate based upon customer projects is required.
• Ability to anticipate and prepare for customer needs is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously is preferred.

Compensation Details: $73,578 - $85,000 Annually

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
