Connected & Alien Labs are seeking adynamic and motivated Supervisor, Field Marketingto lead field operations in our California regions. This role is responsible for driving best-in-class retail execution, managing a high-performing team of Brand Ambassadors, and owning all aspects of how our brands show up in-store and across the market.
As thekey Supervisor, Field Marketing for your territory, you will partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to bring our brand to life in the field—while ensuring operational excellence in scheduling, logistics, day to day team oversight, and territory management. You’ll also work directly with top dispensaries, building relationships with their marketing and buying teams to support growth and drive impact at retail.
This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the cannabis industry.Candidates must be based in the territory specifiedand comfortable working in the field multiple days per week.

Compensation Description (annually): The salary range for this position in the selected city is $70,000.00 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
