Medical City Dallas is seeking a Facilities Management Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at the hospital campus. You will plan schedules, oversee service delivery, and manage budgeted supplies to ensure reliable building performance and patient comfort.

The role requires coordinating with Maintenance Mechanics, ensuring timely task completion, and arranging needed training while maintaining safety and compliance across clinical environments.

Formación

• Technical Associates Degree preferred.
• 5 years related experience is required.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is required.

• Respond to building system casualties and takes immediate action to restore services
• Tracks preventive maintenance to ensure Maintenance Mechanics and Senior Maintenance Mechanics accomplish assigned tasks within the month assigned
• Assigns tasks and repairs to Maintenance Mechanics and Senior Maintenance Mechanics and verifies that assignments are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Assesses training needs and arranges for needed training
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs as needed.
