Job summary

Nike Factory Estero in Estero, Florida is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a high‑volume Nike store team. You will guide customers with confident service, coach associates, and drive store goals in a fast-paced environment.

Join us to mentor staff, manage daily operations, and deliver the Nike customer experience across product categories while embracing our culture and values.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include standing for extended periods.

• Must be at least 18

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs

• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
