Job summary

Mercy is seeking an Environmental Services Lead to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. This role supports floor care operations and upholds cleanliness and safety standards across facilities.

The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of environmental services experience, plus leadership experience; a high school diploma is acceptable, with an Associate's degree preferred. Mercy offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Physical Requirements

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
