Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an EHS Supervisor (AI Supercomputer) to lead the EHS technicians and drive the implementation of SpaceX's EHS programs. You will supervise daily and long-term activities, while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance across teams.

In this leadership role you will coordinate schedules, provide guidance on procedures, and work with site leadership to develop and modify EHS plans and procedures, ensuring timely completion of all tasks by the team.

Qualifications

• Lead and mentor the EHS technician team to deliver safe, compliant work.
• Foster collaboration with technicians and other SpaceX EHS groups.
• Coordinate schedules, tasks, and timekeeping across shifts.
• Provide guidance on procedures and techniques to perform skills.
• Coordinate with site leadership on department plans and procedures.
• Ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and on time.

• Coordinate with site leadership to ensure appropriate EHS team involvement in department development/modification plans and procedure development
• Ensure technicians are completing all required tasks thoroughly and on time

SUPERVISOR, ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & SAFETY (AI SUPERCOMPUTER)

The role of the EHS Supervisor is to lead the EHS technicians in all work efforts related to implementation of SpaceX’s EHS programs, as assigned by the EHS Manager. As part of this leadership role, it is expected that the EHS Supervisor performs the same work tasks assigned to EHS technicians.

As the EHS Supervisor, you must take on the leadership and supervisory responsibilities to ensure the overall compliance, success, and well-being of the EHS technicians and EHS program. This role leads by example and sets the bar for all EHS-related tasks.
