Texas Health Resources, Inc. Fort Worth is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN) for the Emergency Department. This full-time night-shift role supports a Magnet-recognized Level I Trauma Center with a 100-bed ED and a robust team.

You will lead ED nursing staff, coordinate patient flow, and uphold quality and safety standards while fostering a compassionate environment. Opportunities for education and growth are available within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas.
• Leadership experience in an emergency department.
• Familiar with Magnet and Level I trauma center environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ED nursing staff during night shifts and ensure safe, efficient patient care.
• Coordinate patient flow, triage processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.

Work hours: Full-time, 36 hours weekly, Nights

Department Highlights

• 100-bed Marion Emergency Care, 75,000 square foot Level I Trauma center
• For minor care needs, the ED offers a Quick Care area designed to expedite care and patient experience. Those requiring more extensive workups will be taken to one of the diagnostic rooms.
• Patients with critical injuries or illnesses are treated in one of 22 Emergent Care rooms, including three resuscitation rooms for the most severe trauma cases.
• ER has a dedicated area for comprehensive, compassionate care of sexual assault victims.
