Conifer Health Solutions in Frisco, TX is seeking a Senior Manager to supervise the Government Programs product and coordinate its delivery through field operation offices, maximizing performance and value for Tenet PFS and clients.

You will oversee government program recovery, ensure compliance with applicable laws, develop staff training, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• 3–5 years in healthcare finance or revenue cycle.
• Recent 3 years in Federal, State and Local government programs.
• 2–3 years supervisory experience in government programs.

• Ensures staff understanding and application of local, state and federal laws and guidelines.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

• Direct Reports (titles) - Patient Advocate and Lead, EES Financial Counselor and Lead. Typically, a 1:12 ratio


• Indirect Reports (titles) - Clerical Support, EES

Education / Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and/or related field or equivalent experience


• 3 – 5 years experience in healthcare finance or revenue cycle


• Most recent 3 years experience in Federal, State and Local government programs


• 2 – 3 years supervisory experience in Federal, State and Local government programs


• Working knowledge of healthcare products

Compensation

Compensation and Benefit Information

• Pay: $51,625.60 - $ $77,438.40 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.


• Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
