Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• At least one year of related experience or training preferred.
• Experience in customer service and in Valet Parking is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage daily activities at assigned locations, ensuring operations adhere to policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.
• Client & Customer Relations: Build positive relationships with clients and participate in programs to improve customer satisfaction.
• Facility Maintenance: Assist with equipment upkeep and general maintenance tasks.
• Safety & Reporting: Maintain a safe environment by reporting accidents or hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Versatility: Be prepared to substitute for other positions to ensure smooth operations.
• Local Expertise: Know the facility layout and local roads to assist customers effectively.

Responsibilities

Position: Valet Supervisor

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr + tips

Location: The Edition - Miami

In this role, you will be a key player in the day-to-day management of our parking operations, ensuring we meet contractual guidelines while delivering a professional image and top-tier service to our clients and customers.

What You'll Do:

• Operational Oversight: Assist in managing daily activities at assigned locations, ensuring all operations adhere to company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.


• Client & Customer Relations: Foster positive relationships with clients and participate in programs designed to improve customer satisfaction.


• Facility Maintenance: Support the upkeep of the garage by assisting with equipment repairs and general maintenance tasks (cleanup of debris, oil spills, etc.) as directed.


• Safety & Reporting: Maintain a safe environment by reporting accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager immediately.


• Versatility: Be ready to step in and substitute for any position when necessary to ensure smooth operations.


• Local Expertise: Maintain thorough knowledge of the facility layout, as well as major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the surrounding area to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). At least one year of related experience or training is preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Must have previous experience in customer service and in Valet Parking.

• License Requirement: Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
