Job summary

TForce Freight is seeking a Supervisor, Driver Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for driving roles and related positions. You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, source top candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

You’ll drive strategies, screen applicants, schedule interviews, track metrics, and build a strong talent pipeline to meet monthly and annual hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of social media recruiting.
• Ability to source candidates through various channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent decision making and problem solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• US citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness.

The Supervisor Driver Recruiter is responsible to manage the full recruitment process to attract, engage and present top qualified candidates to the hiring managers for various positions within the company, including management and hourly positions. This role involves partnering with the hiring managers to understand the position and job requirements, sourcing candidates and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while adhering to company guidelines.
