Responsibilities

Basic Function

Assist in the day-to-day management of a shuttle operation, ensuring operations adhere to contractual guidelines, company policies, and foster good client relations.

• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in managing daily activities at assigned locations.
• Assist with management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Help maintain and repair equipment and perform general maintenance tasks.
• Report accidents, violations, hazards, or unusual occurrences.
• Assist with cleanup of debris, spills, etc., and substitute for any position if necessary.
• Have knowledge of transportation routes, landmarks, and major streets in the area.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for disabilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience preferred, especially supervisory experience in DOT-regulated shuttle operations.
• Valid CDL Class A, B, or C Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement, depending on location.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Availability for various shifts, including weekends and nights, as needed.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive customer service attitude.
• Adaptability to changing environments.
• Sound judgment.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform related tasks.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: $27.00 per hour.
