Job summary

Pritchard Industries LLC is seeking a dedicated Supervisor for the Celina campus at Collin College. This full-time role oversees janitorial and cleaning operations to maintain a healthy and safe environment for campus facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude, be initiative-taking, hardworking and dependable. Pay is $17.00/hr for full-time work, with a benefits package including health, life, disability, 401K and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from Manager and complete tasks.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Full-time employment.
• Pay rate of $17.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and janitorial duties on Celina campus.
• Vacuum, mop, sweep floors, trash removal, restrooms and break rooms.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitary conditions of facilities.
• Report to Manager and follow directions.
• Provide support for general facilities maintenance as needed.

You may be responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal rest room and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
