Job summary

Pritchard Industries is seeking a dedicated Supervisor for the Allen campus at Collin College to lead janitorial operations and ensure clean, safe facilities. The role includes supervising cleaning tasks, coordinating staff, and maintaining health standards in a busy campus environment.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, capable of lifting 50 lbs, and able to work full-time with benefits including health insurance, life and disability coverage, a 401K, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from Manager and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus; janitor training provided.

We are seeking to hire aSupervisor for the Allen campus - Collin College. You may be responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal rest room and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from Manager and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.
