The Supervisor, Digital Production is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Digital Production team, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of high-quality digital assets across the organization. This role provides operational leadership by establishing daily priorities, assigning and balancing workloads, monitoring production status, removing obstacles, and driving adherence to established quality standards and production timelines.
The Supervisor partners closely with Prepress, Events, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure digital asset needs are clearly understood and efficiently executed. This position also plays a key role in developing team members through training, coaching, performance feedback, and continuous process improvement. The role maintains hands‑on technical proficiency and provides direct production support when business needs require it.
