VersAbility Resources is seeking a motivated and results-driven Supervisor - Digital Imaging to lead daily operations within our X-Ray Digitization Department. This hands-on leadership role oversees employees, workflow, production, quality, scheduling, and operational documentation while ensuring customer requirements and established quality standards are consistently achieved.
You don't have to come from the document imaging industry to bring valuable experience to this team. If you've successfully supervised employees in manufacturing, production, records management, document imaging, or another operational environment, this opportunity allows you to apply your leadership skills while expanding your experience in quality management and digital imaging operations.
The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive leader who knows how to coach employees, manage competing priorities, monitor performance, solve operational problems, and keep a team focused on quality and results. You'll also help to create an inclusive, safe, and productive workplace that supports employees of all abilities.
This position works in a document imaging and production environment located within a warehouse/manufacturing or similar environment. The Supervisor regularly moves between office, production, document imaging, warehouse, and storage areas to oversee employees and monitor workflow.
The environment may include moderate to loud noise and active forklifts, material-handling equipment, machinery, and other industrial equipment. Employees must remain aware of their surroundings and follow designated walkways, PPE requirements, posted signage, and established workplace safety procedures.
The position requires extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking; occasional bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling; and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally. The role also requires sufficient visual attention and concentration to review scanned images, radiographic film images, documentation, and completed work for accuracy and quality. Reasonable accommodations may be made in accordance with applicable law.
This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
