Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a store leadership professional to plan, direct, and supervise day-to-day operations across multiple departments.

You will mentor team members, drive customer service, and ensure staffing and training to meet sales goals. With 2-3 years of retail experience and at least 1 year in management, you will promote career development, resolve conflicts, and manage financial data to support informed decisions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in store areas (meat, bakery, produce, deli).
• Ability to communicate clearly to team members.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and address root causes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze financial data and use it for decisions.
• Ability to teach and encourage suggestive selling.

Responsibilities
