Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a security-focused consultant to lead and deliver complex cyber diligence engagements for PE and corporate buyers. You will analyze vulnerabilities in infrastructure and applications, investigate tools, and advise on remediation strategies.

The role requires 4–7 years of IT security experience, a Bachelor’s degree, willingness to travel up to 30%, and proven ability to communicate with high-level stakeholders while shaping technology planning and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on complex client cyber diligence engagements and analyze/assess vulnerabilities in infrastructure and applications
• Investigate available tools and counter-measures to remedy detected vulnerabilities
• Recommend solutions and best practices to clients
• Work as a team member servicing Private Equity (PE) and Corporate Strategic buyers
• Demonstrate communication with high-level counterparts
• Participate in delivering quality technology planning and strategy

• Experience in understanding WAF, IAM, and email security
• Must be willing to travel (30%)
• Knowledge of Privacy and Payment Card Industry (PCI), CMMC (Gov’t contracting), HIPAA (Healthcare) and GDPR a plus
