Job Title: Field Supervisor - Modernization

Role Overview:

The incumbent is responsible for executing and completing elevator modernization projects, including installation and upgrade of old elevators.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or BE in Engineering
• Experience of 6 to 12 years in elevator installation or modernization

Key Responsibilities:

1. Schedule and install projects within estimated costs and timelines
2. Supervise and monitor processes, organize stores
3. Manage subcontractors, their teams, and materials
4. Prepare monthly projections for job completion, inspections, and handovers
5. Monitor site activities, including project management and site preparation
6. Plan tools and manpower requirements
7. Ensure safety standards are maintained on-site
8. Control project costs
9. Handle administrative activities within the department
10. Interact with customers and coordinate with various departments
11. Support Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) initiatives, conduct inspections, and ensure corrective actions
