Responsible for supporting organizational compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the areas of drug and alcohol testing, pilot records, and background checks. The Supervisor, HR Compliance will assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of the organization’s HR compliance strategy and provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of HR Compliance team members.

Salary Range: $72,000 - $96,331 - Please note: this role will close on or before 10/31/26.
