XKIG is seeking a Supervisor to oversee contractor performance for vegetation management across a multi-crew territory centered on Columbia, SC. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and contractor leadership in field operations.
Qualified candidates will have 10+ years in line clearance supervision, SC licensing and flagger certs preferred, CDL and Arborist credentials preferred, and readiness to travel.
Pay or shift range: $65,000 USD to $75,000 USD. This is an estimated pay range for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

The Supervisor oversees contractor performance on all vegetation management work for a territory consisting of multiple crews in one or more states, with the focus of this role being in Columbia, SC and the surrounding area. Candidates with a South Carolina Tree License and Flagger Certification are preferred. CDL and Arborist Certification is also preferred. Looking for candidates with 10 or more years professional experience in line clearance. Pay is based on experience and qualifications of the candidate.
General Forepersons will report directly to the Supervisor.
At least 5 years of recent experience with contractor supervision and/or contract management.
Prior experience in electric utility vegetation management, construction, logging, landscaping, mechanical, or military industries.
High School diploma or education equivalent; additional vocational or technical training preferred.
This is a safety sensitive position that requires employee to be able to pass a background check and drug screen as required for this job.
