Flexential Corp. is seeking a Customer-Facing Cloud and Data Protection Supervisor to oversee the cloud and data protection support team. You will ensure timely ticket resolution within SLAs while maintaining strong tNPS scores for CDP cases.
The role demands proactive leadership, excellent customer service, and deep technical knowledge across server, network, and security domains. The position emphasizes mentoring staff, coordinating resources, and communicating progress to stakeholders.
The Customer-Facing Cloud and Data Protection Supervisor will oversee the cloud and data protection support team, ensuring timely resolution of all tickets within their queue and maintaining high transactional Net Promoter Scores (tNPS) for CDP support cases.
This role requires a proactive leader with strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively.
Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be$80,500 - $85,500. However, the actual pay range depends on each candidate’s experience, location, and qualifications.
Discretionary annual bonus, based on personal and company performance.
