Job Summary

This position is responsible for supervising staff accountable for contacting identified members to inform and educate them on health care programs to address their personal health plan needs, engaging the member in discussion of adherence to personal health plans, responding to inquiries from members, and supporting the clinicians in the Medical Management department with their provider and member activities. Responsible for implementing strategies and initiatives and ensuring staff meets/exceeds goals and standards.

Required Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree and 3 years managed care/health insurance experience OR 7 years managed care/health insurance experience.
  • Leadership skills to train and motivate staff.
  • Project management skills to develop project plans, implement plans, work across teams, and ensure completion of projects.
  • Experience coordinating member medical related needs, providing assistance to members, and analyzing member needs.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • PC proficiency including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Verbal and written communications skills.
  • Analytical skills and skills to prepare reports.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Clinical experience.
  • Knowledge of reports and analyzing data.

This is a Telecommute (Remote) role: Must reside within 250 miles of the office or anywhere within the posted state.

Base Pay Range $54,800.00 - $121,100.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
